Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Complimentary Shipping & Returns within Thailand: We offer free shipping and returns for all orders within Thailand.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery times are typically 2-5 business days for orders within Thailand and 10-15 business days for international orders. Please note that unforeseen delays may occasionally occur, particularly if products are temporarily stocked outside of Petchploysecret's primary location.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of placing it, please contact our customer care team, providing your order number. We will promptly investigate the status of your shipment with our courier.
Domestic (Thailand)
- Kerry Express: 1-3 Business Days
International
- Standard Shipping: 14-21 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 9-14 Business Days
Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on the destination zone, the type of service selected, and the weight of the package.
Taxes and Duties
Please be advised that the prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties. All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Upon shipment of your order, the carrier will bill you for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
Currently, all international orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Petchploysecret is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Changing Your Shipping Method
Once your package has been dispatched and handed over to the designated courier, it is not possible to change the shipping method.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders within Thailand (only).
Returns and exchanges are accepted for all full-price bags within 7 days of the delivery receipt date.
International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Petchploysecret is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed upon receipt of the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been completed.
Order Status
To check the status of your order, please log in to your account and navigate to "My Account" > "My Orders." If the status of your order is displayed as "shipped," your items are currently in transit.
