Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Our policy allows for returns and exchanges within 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for face masks. Masks are exempt from our standard return policy.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for products that are deemed defective or faulty.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email at Hello@petchploybrand.com.
